Format of 3to5 Club:

Most people usually spend more time planning their two-week vacation, rather than their own lifetime goals. But today we will teach you how to earn more money in a shorter period of time, and help your business to go from survival mode, to profit generation and to true excellence.
 
3到5俱乐部起源于美国科罗拉多州, 再由科罗拉多州扩展到全美以及欧洲。每一个小组都由20到24个不同行业的成员组成。其创建于全美年度排名第一的商业书刊(NIFB是美国最大的企业家联盟),3到5俱乐部会在3至5年中,提升你的企业成熟度,达到企业发展的第五个阶段,即一方面实现企业赢利的同时,一方面给企业主更多的自由时间,当您放下企业度假2个月时,您的企业依然运转正常。
 
3to5 Club originated in Colorado, U.S., and then expanded to America and Europe. Each group consists of 20-24 members from different industry sectors. Based on America’s number one selling book (NIFB is the largest U.S. Entrepreneurs Union), 3-5 Club will enhance the maturity of your business within 3 to 5 years, and help reaching the fifth stage of enterprise development – that is generating profit with your business while making more free time for the business owner. In other words, when you go on a 2-month vacation, your business will still be operating normally.
 
3到5俱乐部,不是单纯的社交场所,不是普通的企业家培训;它会帮助您,建立您的企业目标,组建您最信任的商业同伴,并在3到5年实现您的企业目标,在这里您将了解到生意的四个模块和七个阶段,您会建立一个清晰的计划,您会得到小组伙伴的帮助,您会知道并赢得您生意成熟的日期。
 
3-5 Club is not just a place for networking, not just an ordinary entrepreneur training program; it will help you set the goals for your business, put together a group of trustworthy business partners, and then allow you realize your business goals in 3-5 years. Here you will learn about the four fundamental modules for business and the seven stages of enterprise development. You will come up with a clear plan, receive help from your group members, and know how to succeed on your business maturity date.
 
B、3到5俱乐部的目标:
Objective of 3to5 Club:
 
1)   帮助企业在最短的时间内激活产业内可持续发展目标,并找回企业当初进入创业之路的激情,建立一个成熟的企业,支持创业者的人生目标。
 
Help enterprises activate their goals in sustainable development within their industry sectors using minimum amount of time, and rediscover their passion for entrepreneurship from the very beginning; then individually start building a mature business as an entrepreneur in order to support one’s lifetime goals.
 
2)   帮助您在3至5年内建立您自己成熟的事业,让您从企业运营的跑步机上下来,并在未来数十年内都可享受到此事业带来的收益。
 
Help you build a mature business within 3 to 5 years, so that you will be able to get off your business treadmill and finally enjoy the benefits brought by your business for decades to come.
 
3)   帮助您创建一个,可以连年给您带来客户的中小型战略联盟网络。

C、3到5俱乐部的定期聚会:
Regular Group Meetings of 3to5 Club:
 
在3到5俱乐部中,我们将会集中创建有效的社交联盟。所有的3到5俱乐部会员每月的第二和第四周会集中会面一次,参加3到5俱乐部的定期会议。 在第一和第三周, 我们鼓励会员之间安排且进行一对一面谈,以增加会员间的认识与交情,并促进生意合作的实现。每次会议的活动流程包括已下四个主要环节:
 
In 3to5 Club, we focus on creating an effective social alliance. All club members will meet up each month during the 2nd and 4th weeks to participate in the 3-5 Club’s regular meetings. While during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month, we encourage members to arrange individual 1-on-1 meetings with each other, in order to strengthen personal friendship and increase understanding on everyone’s business and need for opportunity. Each group meeting includes the following four activities:
 
1)  开场介绍 / Opening and Introduction:
 
每次会议的第一部分,我们会用20分钟成员介绍、嘉宾介绍、填写和传递,我们在过去一周见面和合作的信息;
 
As the first part of each meeting, we will use 20 minutes for members and guests to introduce themselves and to exchange information, while also provide some update from the past weeks;
 
2)  专题课程 / The Lecture:
 
接下来的50分钟,导师会依据”只顾赚钱就是在扼杀你的企业”书里的内容及课程安排阐述创业理念。传授企业管理中的实用技巧,这样的目的是为了使每个会员都能在3至5年时间里创建一个成熟的企业。通常我们在第二周阐述创业理念,而在第四星期要求会员相互交流在商务实践中对这些理念的运用。通过这种自由交流, 我们每个会员都能够彼此学习, 相互促进。
 
For the next 50 minutes, the facilitator will deliver a lecture based on materials and concepts from the book “Making Money is Killing Your Business”, and also teach practical skills in business management so that each member can learn how to build a mature business in 3-5 years. Usually in the second week of each month, we will describe certain helpful entrepreneurial ideas I a lecture format during this part of the meeting, and then ask the group members to exchange feedback and business practices on the use of those concepts during the meeting in the fourth week. With this interaction, each member will be able to learn from each other and help each other improved.
 
3)  非常瓶颈 / Bottlenecks:
 
会议第三部分,开始会议秘书会宣布上一周,成员1对1会面和合作的情况;接下来会有两名会员分享他们在创业或经营中的瓶颈,接着我们用“集体的智慧”寻找突破,并在下一次的会议中,由此两名会员向本小组报告项目进展情况。
 
The third part of the meeting will begin by having the secretary of the group announced the latest progress with the members’ 1-on-1s, lumberjacks and cooperation results. Next, two pre-selected members will each share a present bottleneck in their business bottlenecks, and then the group will use the wisdom of crowd to help finding a breakthrough. During the next meeting, these two members will update the group on the latest status and result with their bottlenecks.
 
4)  瞬间心得 / 1-on-1 and BFO:
 
会议的最后一部分,每一位成员将分享进期1对1见面谈的得着, 以及参与本次会议们的瞬间心得 (BFO)
 
For the last part of the meeting, each member will share their latest findings/results from the 1-on-1s and also their Blinding Flash of the Obvious (BFO) during this very same group meeting.

Every single enterprise needs to undergo the process of building and growth, especially after 3-5 years of operation, each enterprise should still be able to generate wealth while its founder/owner is on vacation; however, regrettably more than 90 percent of enterprises cannot accomplish so.

2、        参加3至5企业家俱乐部每月二次的会议与学习。
3、        企业主或企业主认可的公司负责人,有参加会员仲裁庭陪审团的义务。
